952-314-1908 went directly to my Ooma voice mail since Minnesota area codes are on my block list. They did leave a message that the IRS is trying to track me down. Guess I'll have to buy a green dot card and let them scam me for thousands of $. Oh, wait, perhaps I don't really need to let them suck my credit cards dry after all. But someone will fork over cash to these Middle Eastern scammers.

Ok, on a more serious note: I went to the Level 3 site (the provider for 952-314) and sent them the following:
Good Morning,
I am receiving harassing scam calls from a number on your network: 952-314-1908
The caller claims to be with the IRS and will be filing a lawsuit, etc., etc.
Kindly take the necessary steps to disconnect this phone.

Now that Level 3 has been notified of illegal activity on their network they might have an obligation to take some action.
