Called left no message. I called them back they requested Telephone number calling from *which they already know from caller ID* last 4 of social.. provided TN refused Social. was very rude and stated they were looking for jasmin johnson. I was rude back and the lady who I guess was new and not used to being OWNED broke down and spilled the beans. its a skip tracing agency which attempts to locate individuals for other creditors.
The call is from a company called UAC. It is a credit company that gives loans for cars. I got the call because one of my relatives put me down as a reference for a car loan.
told me that i was noted as a reference however, the operator told me to have the person who listed me as their reference contact them. so they used me to get the message to my friend. wierd.
UAC calling about someone listing me as a ref, I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their list and explained I will not serve as a ref for the person in question many times, still get these calls, igh
Got a call from 952-358-7198. They left a message that someone wanted to use me as a reference. I called back and they told me they needed my phone # to find out who the person was. I didn't give them my #, although they probably already knew from caller id. I hung up.
