Who called from 9523807047

I asked it is 90% them and 10% organization.

robocall from 952-380-7047 caller ID said "TWIN CITIES, MN" on Thursday 06-26-14 @ 825 AM.

Rang twice picked up said Hello several times then the call just disconnected.

Another probable SCAM call.

Calls, and comes up as "wireless caller" (the latest ploy from telemarketers to make it look like someone calling from a cell phone)
and, I don't answer my phone…I screen ALL calls unless the caller ID is someone I definitely know. Even though I work at home, I have the voicemail machine on and if they start to leave a message and it is someone that I want/need to talk to, I answer. The DO NOT CALL list is a complete farce.  It is sad that we have to be held hostage by their RIGHT to all and that we have NO RIGHT to block it.
