I am the same Elson that posted a day ago. Just want to follow up. I was a little skeptical so I call AT&T (the number I got from their website 800-288-2747) The lady asked what state I was calling from so they could redirect me. She gave me the number for CA in case the call get dropped (800-750-2355). I spoke to a representative about what happened. He asked me for the number that showed up on my caller ID. He then informed me that his system doesn't recognize the 952-392-4360 (I have an accent, and there was static so I couldn't be sure if he got the first '9' right when he repeats the number back to me). He then looked through the record and said that the package we have right now is the absolute minimum so it's not possible for the other guy or anyone to reduce it further. The rep confirmed that I am still an AT&T customer> I will probably call back in a week just to be sure.
Here are several numbers that I am gettting calls from stated they want to upgrade my Dsl. 952-392-4360 shows up unkown name, 646-367-807 shows up AIC ATT, 973-482-3624 shows up Newark, NJ all of state they are with ATT calling about DSL
