Who called from 9523924704

This number has called me 5 times past few days and does the same thing hangs up

Just missed a call and this was the number on my call display. I called it back and got a recording that says the number is not in service. Grr this drives me insane that people get away with this when I register on the National Do Not Call list so this doesn't happen.

I'm having the same problems that everyone else has been complaining about

This number keeps calling me and hangs up. If I return the call, it says not in service.

Called, no message left.
