I got a call from this number, and everything was the same as above. saying i had a magezine subsciption. they also said i tried canceling it before and it didnt go throu, so i ask too speak to the supervisor. there was a brief pause and then the same person pick up the phone. She said we can reduce your rate to 45$ a month and it's cheaper than the cancel fee of $175 dollars. I then said i was going to report you to the police, then she got defensive and said you will be taking off our call list, and i will put you in our collector file. She then hung up, i tried calling back as soon as the call end, but like everyone else it say the call cant be completed as dialed. To me it a scam.
Same as everyone else. Except they knew my card number and expiration date. They even knew what magazines I get. I had just renewed mine last week and it was 10 dollars, already charged to my account. I answered nothing about my card and expiration date and asked what magazines I was receiving for $49.00 and the man hung up.
I just received a call from 952-455-4707 she said her name was Brittany she said my name and asked if it was me I said yes then she asked me if I've been receiving the magazine I said no then she asked me if I've been receiving my magazines on time and I said I haven't subscribed to any magazine then she hung up.I tried to call the number back but an operator came on and said the number couldn't be completed as dialed.I'm concern because how did she know my name and how much information does she really have on me.I'm just hoping this is not a money scheme and me saying it was me will allow them to get to my banking info or any other cards and get money out of them.The area code is out of Bloomington, Minnetonka, Chaska and Southwest Minneapolis area, Minnesota and that's all the info I know.If anyone knows who this is please let me know and if you see this number pop up on your phone don't answer.........Thank You..Concern J
