RUDE AND

SCAMMER.  "Complaint we have received against you."  B.S.   Typically scammer call.  I have gotten these before, didn't respond, and nothing happened.  They are not going to serve your or sue you, because they are trying to collect a "debt" that doesn't exist.

Message was left saying a complaint was stated and they are going to sue and start a process claim
