their "system" identifies you as a late payer and you get on their call list. Their calls come from multiple states and area codes and they block their ID. The problem is, as we found out, that if your payment arrives late you get on the call list, and you STAYon the call list until they talk to you even if they have received your payment. Their "system" doesn't update your status from "2 days late" to "paid". The operators start off warning you they are collecting a debt before they have accessed your account and then when you get them to confirm the payment was received they want to update all your information - which they already have. I refused to do that - I'm not giving anyone personal information over the phone when they block their ID. Then they will read you what they have and ask you to confirm that. But - if your payment goes 24 hours late you get on their call list and apparently stay there until the next billing cycle.

Thanks for information left here. Could have been Toyota, my husband typically pays late, not smart, stubborn won't change.
They identified themselves as " toyota financial" debt collector. I assumed i forgot to send my payment since i was so busy last month it made sense. They asked for all of my information including my FULL SSS and like an idiot i gave it to them..... i was ready to give them the payment but they asked for my a bank check routing number and information but i wanted to pay with a credit card, they said they couldn't take it but if i called a different number they would be able to take it, the number they gave me was a western union number!! then it clicked! i checked my bank account and i DIDN'T miss any payments! DO NOT ANSWER IT'S A SCAM!
