They are junk debt collectors- scams. They buy old debts for pennies and keep up to 80% of what they scam out of you. They cant garnish your wages without a judgement that they won. they most likley didnt send you any court paperwork because there is non..... they are trying to scare you into paying them You dont even know if the debt is really yours. Demand proof from them. HIGHLY UNLIKLEY you will get proof from a scam operation.
