Called several times within 5 minutes. When I pick up, I get a silent line, then a busy signal. I hang up, and it rings again. We eventually had to block the number.

This is from Pearson Vue Testing centers Also known as Promissor.  They are testing centers for professional licenses.

I get calls constantly from them. I have spoken to managers and they learned that people dial incorrectly (for example I'm in MN and they keep forgetting to dial a 1 before the long distance number they are calling)

This number was pearson vue calling me about a sceduled test.
