We have had the 952 area code blocked for nearly 2 years. We don't have business or friends in that area code, so we have had to block that area code - due to constant scam calls.
No matter WHAT number they call from (real or spoofed) IF they call from the 952, they are blocked and our phones do not ring - not even once.
Please consider the purchase of a call blocking phone (Panasonic - blocks 250 numbers) or a blocking device. We like the Di*it**e call blocker because it can block out any call from an entered area code. Currently, we have over 170 area codes blocked and telemarketer/scammers rarely get through - and we get a LOT of scam calls at home and in our office - all day and night!
