This person has called twice, they have my social security number, address and phone number, along with my name. They have left the same message twice which sounded more like a recording. They woke me up at 6am this morning calling me. I have no idea who they are but say they are an insurance company and want to verify my tax id.

"Jim war" just called and left me a message from this number. He said he was from United Healthcare and he needed to verify my tax ID. He gave me a number (not my SSN) and a name of some guy in Philadelphia with his address(probably fiction). Googled the address and I'm pretty sure it doesn't even exist. Tried calling united healthcare but couldn't reach them.
I received two phone calls from these man, he said is from Blue Cross Blue Shield, but i verify and that is not a correct information. He has my tax id number, my name and my State Lisence number.
