Calling to find out details on a charge on my account and from what company it is being charged for. I got CPC's number from my bank and was put through to a woman who called herself "Ellie", she is a piece of work all right, after a few attempt to find out why i had recieved the charge and why I was been spoken to in such a poor manner i was told that she was not customer service and she put down the phone. I phoned back to speak to her manager and answered the phone with "WHAT" and she in the same rude manner told me she was the manager and she proceeded to put the phone down on me again. I phone the switch board and ask to speak to Mark the boss, and left him a message but have yet to hear back from him...
