Received call from this number. Person was very rude. Only assume it's another number for portfolio recovery

They called I picked up. It was some lady named Diane. She told me that my husband still owed $817 for a kay jewelers bill that he paid over a year ago. Told me that she would transfer me to her manager. I said no this is paid off please don't ever call me again. How did they even get my number?

Just got a call True Caller shows it listed as the Pita Pit. Didn't answer. No message. blocked.
