Just received a call from that number.  It is some energy savings company.  I told her I was on the "Do Not Call " list and to remove my number.

Got call on my cell from this number +1 (954) 278-3078, no message left. I am also on do not call registry

I started getting calls from them.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

954 278 3078 Called me today and asked for Andreas, then asked if I was a homeowner. Apparently they showed that in their records. I haven't own a home for quite some time now.
