Um this number called me March 28,2016 when I was at work. It called 3 times late night at 11:22pm and 11:31pm and the third time at 12:17 am. I don't understand why would they call me this late. The voice mail said that "your location will be recorded by law enforcement please take this free call." And I don't understand I've never been in trouble with the law.

Other sites suggest this is some sort of prison inmate call-back scam. Do not return the call. Also, check your phone bill for possibly "slammed" charges. If you get a charge that is new and unfamiliar make sure you contact your phone carrier and get the number blocked.
This number is from inmates at broward county main jail. Every time the inmate (who I know and speak to) calls me, this is the number he calls me from.
