a man with an accent asked about blood pressure,and quickly put the phone down,in the background I could hear voices,some sort of noise.they have phone me 3times in past 2weeks and a while ago,the last phone call he used my first name. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE ?

They have called me at least one time a month since 2016. They have a pattern with my calls of 3 Xs a month then 6Xs the next month, then back to 3Xs a month again. Then again today, It begins again. Ugh.
