I doubt if you will get very far with "harassment". You would have much more traction in court using the correct laws which are the FDCPA and possibly the TCPA. You should be sending them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter. You should also be reporting them to the proper agencies.

I am getting 20+ calls a day from this number some say credence resource some say private from the same number (954) 417 7123. If I answe nobody says anything so if they are a debt collection agency I don't get why they don't speak. If I call back it starts babbling Spanish so I am filing a complaint with the State Attorneys Office here in Florida. It comes back as a Fort Lauderdale number but a search of their website says they are in Dallas, Tx. I am today sending them a certified letter of my intent to sue for harrassement. This has gone on for weeks. I have nothing in collections so it could be a scam trying to extort money. The only person here paying up will be them as I have had enough.
