Called ID showed 'American Impact'. He called today 11/15/16 at 10:47am EST. He asked for the owner of our company. I asked if he would like to leave a message and he said he was in charge of our on-hold message for our phone system. I explained to him that his company is not in charge of it because we bought and service our own message system. He rudely replied 'Well, I'm not interested in debating with the gate keeper'. I simply hung up.
These A-HOLES call every so often and they always say they are affiliated with an organization our business belongs to. Lie!!! I guess they do this to get the owner on the line. Looks like they do that to every caller-they are rude. This morning the prick just asked if he could speak to the owner, when would he be in, etc. I hung up on him.
