They answered the phone saying this: "IRS Investigation Department." Told me that I had committed Tax Fraud when I filed my tax return last year. Told them they were full of it, since I have been receiving SSD Benefits for the past 12 years and the last tax return I filed was in 2004.
Ignoring this will be an additional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or the grand jury for a federal criminal offense.
