(954) 507-1261 - this number left a voicemail with robotic voice saying something about "before taking legal action", but did not address who this is to. They called my business cell which doesn't have my name attached.
Same thing happened to me. Call into my mobile phone from 954 507 1290 (Coral Springs, FL) with a female-sounding-robo-voice recording mentioning vague references to fraud, intentional attempt to avoid appearance before magistrate judge or grand jury for Federal criminal offense, Federal claim court, arrest, hope to hear from me before charges are pressed. etc.
In the universe of scam calls, this one is really poorly done.
IRS Scam. A gentleman answered said he was with the Criminal Investigation Division for the IRS. He told me an arrest warrant had been issued for me due to unpaid taxes. I informed him that the IRS never calls people, that all communication is done through the mail. He told me that I better hire a good Criminal Attorney and hung up.
