He asked for "Ed" ... first clue this isn't a customer call... generally an indication they want to 'sell' something.  Then he gives his name when I asked ... Tony with Gordon Thomas.  I asked what it was regarding ... click.  "Ed's" not answering the phone buddy ... may as well face the music and deal with me.  Besides, I'm 60% owner ... you just think because it's a woman answering the phone you've got the receptionists that doesn't know anything ... wrong.  No business for you ... EVER.  The caller ID said Gordon Thomas A ... IF it's Associates they are attorney's ... helps companies collect debt (accordingn to Google.  Lol  Must be true if Google says so!  Lol).  I don't need them ... but after the hang up ... I'd never work with them.
