This is a cam unfortunately I got into and shared all of my personal information including family member names. I was looking for a healthcare insurance and filled out an online form, a local number called me and said that they found a good healthcare policy for me ( no-deductible , no-out of pocket but with a co-insurance of 10%-15% for medical claims. They "appeared" to be like exactly a genuine company.
They will not provide you a policy document regardless I asked several time. Finally i signed up , after searching online the costumer service number they gave me ( 954-606-9070) i realized that it was a scam. I immediately called them, 4 people answered and transferred to each other and finally long waiting list with no answer. I hung up after 15- 20 min. Canceled my credit card immediately however they still have my SSN , DOB and address unfortunately
