I received a call from 312-273-1440, as they are using a system that indicates that the call is coming instate, so you want to pick it up; but they are spoofing; using computers to scrabble the number. This woman was insisted that I had filled our a survey about pain, but I knew this is a scam, as I didn't and that she stated my address to be my PO Box number. I know that I used that and a code name when I am asked to fill something out; that company or internet request then sells my name to these telemarketer scams, wanting to sell their pain cream, and I have a prescription ready, I have heard it all. They have been selling their scams and operate out of FL, because although the Atty Gen. Pam Bondi, alleges to want to get these culprits; her country code officers are lazy; with the exception of the one in Boca Raton; who was great. She got another scam system a few years ago, who they were operating without a license and using a GoDaddy Website, so with the IP address I was able to provide this to her and they sent a policeman to serve them.

However another spoofing, no license operation started out of Adventura, and the Code Chief Officer there dragged his feet and never went until I called back a month later inquiring to what he found out, as they too, didn't have a license; so finally this lazy Officer Glading sent someone, and they had closed up shop.

I have found that all these medical scam telemarketers are coming out of FL, and Bondi's government employees are lazy or stupid, as I had all this information ready for taking and no action! You would not believe how they handled it, dropped the ball, there is NO WONDER these people operate out of FL, because they know they can get away with it; such a reflection on the atty general's office; inadequate or lack of people who give a damn.

I told them I am on the Do Not Call List, and then they tell me that they don't see that I am on it. I print screened the proof, and then I explained to someone in the Agricultural Division, who seems not to even know what I meant by the word National; that I am on the National List and the National List covers all states. Then they tell me that they only go by the state of FL's do not call list.  REALLY you cannot make this up! You just cannot fix stupid, and these companies know that Bondi's office wouldn't even understand the term spoofing if you painted a picture for them. It is how they get away with it, as we are badgered and harassed. Call her office and complain!
