I get calls all day from this one and many others. They are all Citibank calls, mentioning about problems with the account. It's all from an automated service that forces you to answer, when they hang up, their rep is informed and then they call back with a real person to discuss your balance with their credit card. It's annoying and bothersome. Citibank is one organization I am no longer going to work with and I advise so many others to move their money out of their hands and into a more personal bank that understands the needs of their long term patrons. Citibank does not care about their patrons. They allowed my account to be robbed and did not question anything at all.
