Who called from 9702362161

They keep calling me asking for my father! I've had my phone # for 15 years

How do I stop this number from calling? I keep getting calls with no answer.

According to a post on whocallsme.org (note .org, not .com) it belongs to Nationwide Debt Recovery.   Here's the post:

As the people who have reported this number, for the past week this number calls my landline. No message
left and when I called back, recording this number is no longer in service. Beware! If anyone does
actually talk to a live person, don't give any personal info.

I received a call from (970)236-2161 today (supposedly coming from Aspen, CO) and the lady said that her name was Debbie and that she was with Premier Choice and affiliate with Visa/Mastercard. I told her that they had called me 41 times (literally) in the past 10 days and I had asked to be placed on their do not call list. Multiple times that they don't have a do not call list. I tell them that what they are doing is a federal offence and they immediately hang up. They also hang up immediately when I tell them that I am recording the call.
