Just got a call from 970-236-2179, extended warranty. Said "hello" to trigger the recording, then put the phone on mute. Got one more recording (in a different voice) that said "I didn't understand your response..." then tied up the line for five minutes total...
These SAME people call from a Texas number, like 3 of them, they are calling daily, 2 to 3 times a day, i keep blocking there number, but they keep calling from different exchanges. I am sure it is VOIP India scammers.
Onvoy provides these theives with a phone. So, i say we bombard Onvoy with calls about buying a car warranty, here is there number (800) 933-1224 and there website http://www.onvoy.com/ these telecommunications companies need to be held liable for allowing this to go on. There making money off the backs of these theives so i would say that is aiding and abetting.
Got a call from this number on 10/20/2016 at 10:20a. Caller id read "U Caller". After receiving inform from the other number (682) 628-4628 and (561) 571-0038 I know what to do....challenge them.
