After several "hello?" 's from me, a computer robo-dialer said, "Goodbye". This is about the 100th call I've had regarding my Kia. I'll never buy another one since they obviously sold my information to scammers. This is how they get around the national do not call list. If you've done business with them, they can call you.
Have had several hang ups too. Finally called them back after this 11th time and got a recording that said if I wanted to be put on their do not call list, to hit 1. I did and then it said they were sorry for the inconvenience and to allow 48 hours to be taken off the list. We'll see if they keep calling.
I got a call trying asking me to sign up for an extended warranty (again). I asked to be taken off the list and the woman said "There is no way to take you off the list, you are going to have to live with it" and then she hung up on me.
Called yesterday trying to sell me an extended warranty. I said no thank you and asked to be placed on the do not call list. They called again today and I just ignored it.
