"Calling Credit card service for visa and MasterCard." I spoke to Stella Wilson and she would not tell me the name of her company. Every question I asked was answered by the quoted response above. The asked what type of card I had and offered to lower interest rate
I asked if calls were recorded and she said yes. I received no recording to indicate I was being recorded and she verbally did not tell me until directly asked.
She would not give name of her company and she declined to put me on the do not call list.
Called with a recording that this is my final notice about "your credit card". No other ID. Called the number from another phone and got the same message with an option to press 1 or 2.
