They called. Was a recording. Said i was under investigation. Ive not done anything wrong so i called back and asked to be removed from their call list. Said i couldnt because i had a pending felony charge. I laughed. The woman said i will be laughing when i stand in front of the judge. I said i sure will and ill be ok as long as you are there. I reported it to my local fbi and police. I called back and told them just that.
Bogus bill collector. Illegal tactics trying to collect fake debt. They threaten a warrant and or a lawsuit unless you pay right now. Threaten back and they hang up on you. Call them as much as they call you and they block your number and stop calling. They also call from 706-410-1265 - same people.
Just received a voicemail from a Susan # was 970-237-3156. Message was :Call regarding a fraud, left by taking and criminal charge on a payday loan. I have NEVER had a PayDay loan.
I called back and Vicky (very rude) answered and said I had an unpaid payday loan. I told her I have never had a payday loan and then she hung up on me. I will report this SCAM company to all I can.
They called me today & told me I haven't paid a company named Cash LLC. When i asked what is that company? I've never heard of them, the lady said i took loan but wouldn't say how much & when. And then said the judge will call me & set a court date & then hung up. I called back she got angry & said not to call them again. So i gave their number to my lawyer. He called & the hung up on him. They are scam.
