Got a call from this number today (2/3/2016) at around 1:30 PM. Caller ID showed "Out of area 1-970-237-5286". Normally, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. But in this case, I was expecting a call from someone in the 970 area code; so I picked it up. Heard a woman's voice -- probably an automated robocall -- starting out a spiel with "Hello. This is Cardholder Services ..." That's all I needed to hear. I didn't say a word; I just immediately hung up and added this number to my phone's ever-growing Call Block List.
Received call from this number at 12:28PM, 2/8/16 came up as "unknown caller". Interrupted my lunch. They hung up & left no message. From other comments sounds like a "Rachael from Credit Card Services". very annoying :-(
