sounded like a recording but responded to my replies. Trying to sell home security. I said no thank you twice, told them to take me off the list, they hung up on me, and then called me again a few hours later.
I've been harassed by this number which shows up coming from Colorado.I'd get one to two calls a day multiple times a week. After I noticed the same number calling, I called it back once and it was recorded message saying if you didn't want to be called, press 1 or something like that. Well that was useless as they kept calling, and calling later in the day after 8pm so I've added them to my reject list
This number called me this afternoon at 4:53. My caller ID read L7 Service Call. I picked up, thinking it might have been legitimate, but it was just some guy or recording asking for a donation on behalf of law enforcement.
Asked for another person, I told him it was the wrong number, then he said, No, he had the right number. Said he was from the Sheriff's Dept. and since most of these are scams, I hung up on him.
This number has called me multiple times in the last few days. Today, it called at 9:02 AM and no voice mail was left. No voice mail was left with the previous calls either. My caller ID reads L7 SCVC CALL every time a call from this number comes through. I have seen this number before and I recognize it as one telemarketers or tele-scammers use.
