Caller ID on this call showed XCel Energy  and the collar, with a pronounced accent, started to give me a spiel about selling senior services in medical equipment. My concern is I do not answer an identified calls but this one came out on caller ID as "Excel Energy". Why not answer it? Now my numbers all over the place as it always was I'm sure.
