Stated his name was Anthony, he wouldn't tell me what company he was with nor his last name, and then demanded that I transfer him to a Manager, that he didn't believe that all of my managers were on a conference call at 1 pm. (He stated the wrong time zone, as it was 11)

When I said that it was 11 and that I don't have anyone that I could transfer him he demanded corporate information, I am not allowed to give out the corporate information. , I told him that we are a publicly traded company and he could look up the contact information online. He then hung up on me when I wouldn't give him any information.
