My dad ( in his 60's) just got a call from this number looking for me. I tried to call them back, but got a recording that said "Please hold, a representative will be with you shortly" over and over. Waited several minutes but no representative ever came on the line.
Someone from this number calls my parents, who are in their late 80s, every day. Since my parents don't recognize the phone number, they don't answer, but are very annoyed that they are being harassed by someone persisting on calling since my parents' number is on the do not call list. I have tried to look up who has this number but the white pages says it is withholding that information for "privacy reasons". It should would be nice if whoever has that number would give my parents the privacy that they seem to think they have a right to, but deny other people!

I answered this call,. They had my name and wanted me to "verify" my date of birth and address. When I asked why they told me they couldn't talk to me until I verified that information.
When I refused the man said they would try again later. He said he was from Global..... He mumbled the last part of the group 2 times.
