Who called from 9702817857

Calls frequently, always never responds,?????
Who could it be? Doh!

I called the number back and got a lame recording that said my call could not be completed. Not the regular recordings that the phone companies have. Can you say "scammers"??

Constant calls.

Answered phone.  Male caller asked if this was Raini and I did not think and answered:  "Who's calling."
They have called before and I had not answered.
Must be scammers.
Scary!

Called missed call back said call could not be completed at this time, try again later tried 3 times. Must be a a scam.
