Who called from 9702870878

Called my cell phone. When I answered it was a pre-recorded scam about electricity bills.

I am also receivcing calls non stop from that number. It is so frustrating because its every day now

I have been getting calls from this number non-stop. I finally contacted my cell phone provider so they could block the number but the caller just changes its number.
