Hey Karen, I received a call from this number today (5/15/17). They left a message saying they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me.. I called the number back and it just rang and rang, no voicemail stating the company name or anything. I think its a scam number.
Said they were the IRS filling a law suit against us for deliberate tax evasion. We've filled and paid every year. I think this is a scam. The guy had an East Indian accent and was named Officer Frank Parker!!!
Hey Lauren. I got the same call today (5/16/17). It's a SCAM. Just "Block" the number from your phone. I don't even bother with calling them back, I just "Block" it.
I got the same call. Said he was Officer Mike Clinton with the IRS and I had to pay them $2000 or I would be arrested. I told him I knew where he was and the Feds were on their way over to arrest him. He hung up.
I got a call 5 minutes ago. When I said hello twice there was no response, so I just whistled into whomever's ear. I doubt the clown would be calling anyone else in the next hour or so.
