Received phone call - it took a few seconds to connect (which I knew it would).  He said "This is Joel Collins with" some police department. It sounded like the guy who calls every so often to collect money for the "policy charity".  I hung up on him an blocked the number.

This caller often calls alot but no message.  I returned the call and a man answered but I hung up on him. Now I will block the number

Got a call from this number today (6/30/2017) at around 6 PM.  Caller ID showed "Out of area 1-970-300-1381".  As with all "Out of area" calls, I let it roll thru to voice mail.  They didn't leave any message.  Added this number to my phone's ever growing Call Block List.
