Who called from 9703003399

I've had the same problem, constantly getting phone calls..  Getting pretty sick of it.  I just keep blocking the numbers.

Received call, did not answer and no message left. Most likely another scam. Just blocked it. My blocked list is getting longer with so many scam calls.

Following numbers are all connected to this scamming group: 253-213-9852, 904-512-1557, 888-376-0714, and there are many more.  They generate different numbers then call EVERYDAY hoping some fool picks up.  I file w/Feds in case a suit develops eventually and block.
