they kept calling and no one would answer - then they did and it is a construction company that says they are out of Aurora, but have a northern Colorado area code and the caller id says ASPEN. They say they are CJ construction and claim to be local but did not pronounce our common city correctly - leading me to believe they are not from Colorado.
This UNKNOWN NAME person/company just called at 3:30 PM on 7/23/2014 and proceeded to let the phone ring for the next 20 minutes - no exaggeration. I never answered, so I don't know who they were (not that I would anyway) or what they wanted. This is about the fifth time in the last couple of months that this has happened, although I don't know if this is the same calling number.

970 315 0038 has called me every day this past week of 9/9/2014 ---- every time I answer they hang up on me with exception to the very first time... the very first time I could hear two men talking in the background but they never indicated that they knew that they had dialed my number. didn't sound like a call center at all either... when I call the number back it states that it is not a valid phone number.
