Recorded message was left a few days ago. Didn't mention the IRS, but did say this was for a crime which could go before a magistrate judge, and if I didn't respond it would be considered an intentional second attempt they tried to talk to me. (They only called once.) It's the same message I've been getting once in a while for a few years now, only this time it was recorded. The other times a man with an accent would give the message. (For this current message the man did not have an accent.) A different phone number is used every time. It's such a scam.
