This number always calls everyday, around 10 am. I see this after the fact, but I never answer because I am a full time student and I can't always answer my phone in class. It's been quite a while now and I really wish it would stop!
This is T-Mobile. It comes in on the caller ID as Aspen.
I opened a personal account with T-Mobile in February. When I opened the account I purchased a new phone which was added to my monthly billing in installments.
In May I switched it to a business account. I was told I would be receiving two statements, one for the phone plan and one for the equipment. I am now getting calls telling me my account is past due. I have called them multiple times and it turns out it is my personal account, which has been closed. They tell me there is no method to bill me monthly for the equipment charges when switching to a business account so the entire charge for the equipment is due.
Total due was about $400. I paid $200 just a couple weeks ago and have since received about two calls per day and a letter in the mail stating my account has been discontinued and they are going to turn it over to a collection agency.
I have every intention of paying the amount owed, I just refuse to pay it all at once since I was told it would continue to be billed on installments.
I live in the 970 area code. When I got a call from 315-4775, my answering machine picked it up but the caller left no message. There was no caller ID name, just a number. That was May 27 and 28 2015. Since I am a T-mobile customer and "Ron" said this was t-mobile, I called back. I got a pre-recorded message telling me my call could not be completed. Into PhoneTray it goes.
