This appeared to be a local number when I answered it. The woman said she was with the Ohio Energy Savings program. She asked what state I was in, and I told her I didn't feel comfortable giving that information. She asked if I was in Ohio and I said no. Then, she told me the city and state I do live in! It was kind of creepy.
