Robo call puts you on hold, my guess is to research the # you are calling from. Award department individual with a heavy foreign accent.
I received a call from this number...didn't answer it as I don't know anyone in Berthoud, CO...they didn't leave a message. I've added them to my Blocked Contact list.

I called them back on my business line and They said that I am a card holder and that I was qualified for a $100 gift card. I told them that I didn't have any cards and I don't understand how I am qualified for anything. they then put me on a long hold so I hung up
