March 25 2015 - Evening phone call; no message left when I did not answer.

Evening call; no message.

Called at 8pm, no message left.

Someone called my daughters cell and claimed to be with the alumni association of University of Northern Colorado claiming they needed my number. Then I got a call with no message left. No way is thus normal since my daughters number is not published or connected on any document in public info. This is wrong on many levels.
