Just got a call and both the 970 and 855 numbers were mentioned on the message (970 number to request removal, 855 number to speak to rep regarding debt being collected). Person requested is unknown to us - caller id reflected "Private Caller" vs company mentioned (Professional Finance Svcs).
I did not recongnize the caller's # so I googled it and followed up on the # they left. Both are bogus to me and I had auto delete take care of it for me. Suggest you do the same. RJ
I have called them several time to have my number removed from their list . I am NOT the person they are after . They keep calling after a year of my telling them I am not the one ! They are lying , cheating , crooks , IN MY OPINION !

The send them a cease and desist letter certified mail return receipt. If they call you after that you can file a lawsuit against them and you will have the information to win the case. Cease and Desist letters can be found here:http://www.consumerfinance.gov/, you can file a complaint against them there as well, and you should read up on your rights while you are there also.
