So glad I found this site, I also got an email from Don Lambert, looking for a quote on picture frames.

Hello Sales,
I am emailing in regards to custom picture frames to be used during
our New Year photo shoot. My name is Don and i am placing this order
on behalf of Sunrise Orphanages. Please find my required sizes along
their respective quantities.
The size of the frames would be as follows to show 2 inches of white
mat through lucite:
10" x 9" - 40 count with 5x4 cut out. Quantity: 40 pcs
11" x 9" - 40 count with 6x4 cut out. Quantity: 40 pcs
10" x 12" - 25 count with 5x7 cut out. Quantity: 25 pcs
14" x 12" - 25 count with 9x7 cut out. Quantity: 25 pcs
Honey Oak, lightwood and Heavy–Duty Clear Acrylic & Foam core backing
are some of the information. The width on all frames should be in 2"
with rabbet height of frame is 1/2" and a rabbet width is 1/4".

Didn't trust this so told him to call instead and never heard back by phone, only by email after I gave a quote, he sent back:
Hello Maria,
Thank you very much for getting back to me now with the quote on the frames, i will be going ahead with the order but they will be going to the orphanage home we are putting up so i want to refer you to a freight forwarder who will be picking them from your shop as soon as i pay for them as i want the entire order to be in a single order. Please email them with your location address as well as the weight or total square feet of these frames .The delivery address is below.
