I own a small business, and my groomer received a call from this number. When she answered, it was a recording from the "IRS" informing me that this is the second and final notice of something or other, and that if I did not call the given number immediately, they would be bringing a lawsuit against me. The caller ID came up as private cell number, but the recording said it was the "IRS." Since I am in good standing with the IRS, and because they always send mail via post office and never call, this is a scam (just to be sure, I called my accountant, who receives the same notices I do from various taxing agencies). The call was received approx. 11:00-11:15 am on 8-30-2016.
