The IRS does not initiate contact via a phone call, they first send postal letters.
The IRS does not threaten arrest.
The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.
It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.

called me again.....4 5 times so far. I called them back and asked them to remove my name
and number from their call list. LOL. then he said some rude things and hung up.
got a call from 970-390-9738, I let it go to my voicemail. I listened to the message it was a recorded message supposedly from the IRS telling me they were going to sue me. I waited 10 minutes call them back and got a foreigner on the phone I told him "Take your f**king scam and shove it up your [***]" He hung up like someone was chasing him. I blocked the number
